A calling, then a discipline.
Members of the Council are drawn from every walk of Christian life. They progress through grades of service — not honours of status — earned by training, witness, and faithful labour.
Grades of Membership

- 02SquireTraining member.
- 03Knight / DameFull member following training and service requirements.
- 04CommanderLeadership appointment.
- 05PreceptorLocal unit leader.
- 06PriorNational or regional leader.
- 07Grand PriorSenior international leader.
Requirements
Members of the Council must:
- Profess the Christian faith.
- Demonstrate good character.
- Support the Council's mission.
- Complete safeguarding training.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Ceremonial Dress
White mantle · red Templar cross · Council insignia · service decorations.
Operational Dress
Practical civilian uniform with identification insignia and high-visibility equipment where required.
No military camouflage or military rank insignia.
